The Christianville Spirit: Christian's Year-In-Review 2021

                The Christianville Spirit

                 The Spirit that Keeps Giving

December 26th, 2021 – TCS # 756

Well, My Readers, PTLS Family Members, and Friends, It looks like We have come to The End of Another Year here at The Christianville Spirit and What a Year it was. Wow! Seriously, Wow! When I say “What a Year”, For The Second Major Time in My Life, I meant it! I say “What A Year” Every Year but, Good Lord Man! Seriously!

To My Readers, I’ll be Honest, I have been dreading This Newsletter. Usually I am Excited about Writing This Newsletter even though It is Very Long to Write. To Be Honest, This is a Year that I don’t want to Remember. Everyone at Some Time of Their Life, have a Year that either They want to Forget or A Year that, to put it Nicely, “Stinks to High Heaven”. For A lot of Reasons, In My Personal Life, I have not been Myself. I am like a Whole Different Person and Not in a Good Way. Not Very Social, Not Wanting to do Things that I enjoy like Going for a Drive.

Now, Yes, My Normal Self did come out Every Once and a While, but, Not Enough. But, I am Working on It.

Needless to say, I had a Rough Year Personally. I know that Everyone Else had a Rough Year in Some Way. So, As Much as We want to scream Happy New Year, We have to Review This Year before We can move on. So, The One thing that We definitely needed in This Crazy Year was Something that I tried My Best to Provide, Hope. That was not only This Year’s Tagline and Theme but, This Year unlike Any other Year, We really needed it!

The Tagline and Theme of 2021 is The Spirit that Keeps Giving! This Year’s Tagline is credited to PTLS Family Member, Sam Sample. So, First Thing that We need to Review is Something that I do Every Year, which is My Goals of The Year which I always set with Love, Heart, and Most Importantly, with Giving.

I have Learned that You can plan Goals and Destiny at The Time, says “Not Yet”. So, Maybe I should have My Goals more toward Where I want or Believe that Destiny wants me to go. I will still have My Goals but, This Year I am Letting My Angel Director of Destiny and Of Course, My Guardian Angel lead The Way because They know Where I am headed and Not what I want but, What I need! Now, Because of Reasons of My Personal Life and Yes, My Mental Health.

I am Sad to report that I could not accomplish This Year’s Goals.

So, Here were My 2021 Goals with Love and Giving in My Heart!

  •  I Know, I said This Last Year but I feel It is Time that I Deserve to be with My Forever Romantic Person. It is Formal Term that could mean Soulmate, True Love, or Life Partner. Soulmates are rumored to Come, Give You Lesson, and Leave. At Least, That is a Theory that I heard. A Forever Romantic Person is The Kind of Love that makes you Complete as well as Love that You can perfect over The Years. Love that makes you Fall in Love over and over, and You never get Tired of It; that Laughing at Something really Mundane kind of Love; Lay Underneath The Christmas Tree together or like Laying on The Grass looking at The Stars, with only The Christmas Lights at Night kind of Love; Singing to Our Favorite Song kind of Love; and, The Kind of Heart that will Love You No Matter what You look like or What You are doing kind of Love! Someone that is as Christina Yang of The TV Show, Grey’s Anatomy said “You're My Person”. Director of Destiny, “Ma Take The Wheel” with This One! (Next Year, Ma! Next Year)

  • I do want My Mom and My Brother to find Their Forever Romantic Persons’ And, for My Brother to become successful in What He Loves to Do because My Brother, Michael is worth it and deserves it! He has gotten into Woodworking lately, He could Very Well be successful in that! (Romantic Side of This Goal. Next Year. The Part about My Brother’s Success, He is Working on that)

  • Give In Love! As Much as I Can! (Personal Life aside, I really tried Hard at That Goal!)

  • Maybe have Faith’s Daughter teach me to Paddle Board. I would believe that Faith, herself, would still want me to at least try it. (Ouch! I really want to do that This Year. Next Year! Ma and Faith, Get on It!)

  • And, Finally in The PTLS Front. I Love Geography so I want to travel more to Spread Awareness about PTLS.   I Really hope to make It to Italy This Year! That would be a Dream come true! Of Course, Can’t Forget about Spreading Hope to PTLS Family Members and Friends! (Like I said, Next Year, Ma! Next Year!)

So, Those were My 2021 Goals! Kind of Hard to set and complete Goals after a Hard Year!

So, Generally, Most of These Goals have been moved to The Year of 2022. I believe that I will have Much Better luck Next Year! Now, Yes, I know that I may sound Negative when Reflecting about This Year. Now, Just Because Crazy Stuff happened this Year does not mean that Good Things did not come out of It. It may sound Crazy but, Sometimes, The Best Things can come out of Not-So-Great Things. So, with that said, I can not wait until 2022.

So, with that said, Before 2022 comes and We excitedly watch The Ball drop, Let’s Re-Live 2021 via what I call “Christian’s Year-In-Review 2021”, My self-produced Year-In-Review.

So, without Further adieu, Let’s get started!

So, like all Years We start in January. After Yelling “Jumanji” entering into 2021, I honestly thought that The New Year of 2021 would start Awesomely after The Crazy Year of 2020. But, No. On New Year’s Day, My Mom and I driving back home from Michael’s House in Denver, CO, was by Far The Worst Trip of My Life. I was My Own Fault though. I think a lot of Things hit Me all at One Time! A Fear of My Mom Falling Again (She Fell Down while Trying to walk The Dogs at a Gas Stop); Negative Energy in The Air while in Denver; Thinking about The Supernatural Experience that Myself and Some of My PTLS Friends had.: It was a Panic-laced Trip on My Part, I did not Eat much at all on That Trip. After that, My Anxiety was Sky High, to a Level that My Family has seen pretty much All Month. It was a Harsh Month to say the least!

Before I start with The News, I try as Hard as I can to avoid any Upsetting Political Stories, but For The Sake of History and My Year-In-Review, I feel I must mention them. If I feel that It may Upset (or Trigger) Someone, I will say, Political Story Alert! So, Let me say this first. Let Me Make it VERY Clear that Us here at The Christianville Spirit and In Integrity of This Newsletter, **The Christianville Spirit is and Forever will be Non-Politically Aligned with any Candidate or Leader.** In The News, Political Story Alert! Huge One Actually! On January 6thThere was a Protest at United States Capitol. The Craziest Story to Begin This Crazy Year! Slightly less Crazy Story, There was a Shooting in Indianapolis, IN.

We then Welcomed February where I still had High Anxiety but, was Starting to Heal a Little bit at a Time. I thank God for My Grandma Honey at This Time of My Life because She gave me a Stationary Bike to Ride on that would Help me somehow. It helped me in Many Ways. I would watch Winter Sports on The Olympic Channel while Biking. On Valentine’s Day, while Winter was literally roaring Outside, I rode The Stationary Bike for 23.8 Miles, Averaging 15 MPH, It took An Hour and 30 Minutes. Quite an Accomplishment! Speaking of Winter Roaring, The Next Morning, February 15th, The Wind Chill in My City of Plano, Texas was –15 (Negative 15). Yes Seriously! (Refer to “Valentine’s Epic Freeze” Newsletter). In The News, On February 7th, Host City Team, Tampa Bay Buckaneers won Super Bowl 55 in The Host City of Tampa. First Time that I remember that happening! Meanwhile, on February 4thThere was a Shooting in Oklahoma.

Then We Come into The 14th PTLS Awareness Month of March (Marzo), On March (Marzo) 8th was The 14th PTLS Awareness Day. Next Year is The 15th PTLS Awareness Month/Day. However, There was also a Bigger Event This Month, My Mom’s 60th Birthday was This Year!  I surprised My Mom with a Flower Birthday Cake, again Thank God for Grandma Honey for setting that up as well as a Co-Surprise Zoom Meeting with My Mom’s Cousins! Got Her Good! In The News, On March 13th was The One Year Anniversary of “The Dreaded Coronavirus” and Of Course, on March 17thThere was a Shooting at an Atlanta Spa. Lots of Shootings This Year!

In April, Other than Those Darn April Blues of Grandma Honey’s Dog, Cupcake passing away on April 22nd. It was a “Quiet Month”. In The News, UK Royal, Prince Phillip passed away on April 9th and Cargo Ship “Ever Given” got stuck in Suez Canal, causing a Back-Up of Ships on April 14th.

We began The Month of May with My Little Boy Dog, Paco’s 5th Birthday! My Childhood Friend, Brooke got Married on May 22nd , The Same Day as My 5th Year Watching of The Eurovision Song Contest that was held in The Netherlands. In The News, A Gas Line Hacking on May 12th started to Cause Panic Buying of Gasoline. It was sort of like The Panic Buying of Toilet Plate in 2020! As Well on The News, There was a Shooting in New Orleans, LA.

June Started with Me watching My Lil’ PTLS Sis’, McKenna graduate from High School on June 8th. I wrote a Whole Newsletter about it. (Refer to “Inclusion in Graduation” Newsletter). Personally, I was doing better with Episodes coming and going but, I managed on I managed to Ride on My Stationary Bike for 33.3 Miles, Averaging 15 MPH in 126 Minutes. Very Proud of that! In The News, Part of a Miami Condo Collapses on June 25th as well as A Shooting in California on June 2nd.

Now We have Reached the Mid-Year Point of July! On July 10th, I got a New Song in My Mind, “Loch Lomond”, A Scottish Folk that has Many Versions but, I liked Runrig’s Version The Best! On July 23rd, I got up at 6 AM to watch the Tokyo Olympics Opening Ceremony on The First Live Morning Broadcast of It in History. In The News, Besides The  Olympics in Tokyo, Japan happening from Late July into August; On July 4th, The Miami Condo that Partially Collapsed, They did a Controlled Full Collapse on that Day.

Now, We enter into My Birth-Month of August where I turned 34 Years Old. Happy Birthday to Me! A Couple Days before on August 8th, I got up at 6 AM to watch The Closing Ceremony of The Summer Olympics in Tokyo, Japan. In Weather News, Hurricane Ida hits Southeast Louisiana (Houma, LaPlace, New Orleans) as a Category 4 Hurricane!

In The News, There was 7.2 Magnitude Earthquake hit The Country of Haiti. Same Country as a Few Years ago!

We start The Month of September with The 20 Year Anniversary of September 11th. That is Very Hard to Believe! As Wel, It was also 20 Years since 8th Grade. In My Computer World, on September 8th, I did The Longest International Cyber-Trip from Torino (I) - Italia to Loch Lomond (GB/UK) -United Kingdom. It took 3 Days! Quite Amazing! In The News, A 5.9 Magnitude Earthquake hit Melbourne, Australia on September 22nd. Two Days Earlier on September 20th, A Volcano on La Palma Island in Spain erupted!

October Started with Celebration because It was The Christianville Spirit’s 15th Year of Writing on October 6th. Leaving The Month of September and Going into October, The Planet of Mercury was in Retrograde and It caused My Anxiety go up again! It got a little better afterwards though! In The News, Disney (Land & World) celebrated it’s 50 Year Anniversary! In Not-So-Great News, On October 13thThere was a Bow and Arrow Attack in Norway.

November was a “Quiet Month” except for The 16th Christian’s Best Friends’ Festival, I also realized that It was been 5 Years since The Beginning of My Humble PTLS Ambassadorship! In The News, There was an Attack at a Music Festival in Houston on November 8th. In Sports News, The Atlanta Braves won The World Series for The First Time since 1996 on November 2nd

And, Finally, We get to December,  Now, I will save you and Not Write about Negative News Events because I feel that You do not deserve that as Your Year Ending. I think that We have had Enough of The News and Negative Things.

So, Let’s End The Year with an Imagine. But, The PTLS Gang and I had a Nice Last Zoom Get-Together of The Year. We talked about Various Things including The Goods and The Bads of This Year, What We have Learned, and Of Course, What We hope for in The New Year. I will tell you this, There is nothing better than Laughing with Your PTLS Peers for upwards of 7 Hours, The Longest that All of Us have ever Video Chatted before. I Thank God for Them because They have helped me a lot This Year in Their Own Way! I Thank God for Giving me Peace and Comfort through My Crazy Year.

So, all in all, YesIt was a Beyond Rough and Crazy Year, but Oddly, We came back stronger than before! And, What is Better than That?!

It was Year of Growth, Some Hardships, Learning, and Of Course, A Year of Giving! Here’s to a New Year Full of Compassion, Love, and Peace on Earth and Goodwill towards Others

But, I genuinely hope that You, My Readers, had a Good Year and Hope for an Even Better Year Next Year. And, I can’t wait to see you back here for Another Year of Encouraging, Heart Warming and Inspirational Newsletters to come in 2022!
