The Christianville Spirit: Ode to Michael (You Don't even Knooow)

October 26, 2016-TCS # 517

Greetings, My Readers! Today is a Special Day in My Family! I like to think of it as The Only Reason that I celebrate The Month of October (besides Autumn Foliage) because after all, I Hate Halloween. That Reason of course, is My Brother, Michael. You See, Today is actually Michael’s Birthday and He turning 28 Years Old. Yes, I can’t believe it either. So, Let’s Sing to My Brother!
Haaapppy Birthday to You, You smell like a Poo (Just Kidding!); I Love You, My Little Brother, and You smell like One too! Now, Isn’t that Nice?! Anyway, I’m not sure that I have actually written a Newsletter on My Brother’s Birthday or not, I have always written one near It (Either Before or After) but, Never on It. So, Why Not, Write a Newsletter about My Brother, Michael. Now, I have done Odes to My Mom, PTLS Family Members, and Myself, but Not My Brother. So, I am going to do a Ode to My Brother, Michael entitled Michael, If It weren’t for You (You don’t even Knooow!). By The Way, “You Don’t Even Knoow!” is one of My Brother’s Trademark Sayings! So, Without Further adue, Here it goes!
Michael, If It weren’t for You (You don’t even Knooow!)
  • I would not have a Little Brother
  • I would be an Only Child. Which Frankly, would be Very Lonely and Totally NOT helpful with My Development of PTLS
  • I would not have had You to Push me to do Things in a Helpful Way
  • I would have not had help to Get up onto The Jungle Gym that I wanted to go up on as a Child, but It was too High for Me to Reach. So, You helped push Me up to go up there. I probably would say, just Given Up
  • No One to Talk about Guy Things and Help with Girlfriends
  • No One Helping and Supporting Me as much as You could when We went to Our Dad’s House.
  • No One to say “C’Mon Christian” to get me to do things because I was stubborn to do things sometimes
  • No One to come with the Term “Butt Buster” on The Trampoline when We were Kids
  • No One to see How High I could jump when We were Kids.
  • No One to call me “Chris-Pee-In” when We were Kids because It hard to say My Name as a Child.
  • No One to Teach Me about Art. And, Not The Art that School teaches you, The “Funky Art” (as I like to call it) that You taught me
  • To Show me that “Art is subject to One’s Own Interpretation”. the Most Crucial Thing about Art because There may be Art that offends People or that People don’t understand.
  • No One to Introduce Me to Your Friends in High School or Senior High School.
  • No One to Show me Typical Behaviors with Friends and Acceptance from Your Friends as well
  • No One in Our Family that has such Long Hair
  • No Little Brother to be Proud of His Big Brother’s PTLS
  • No Little Brother to take The Big Brother Role. Even We though switch those Roles every Now and Then.
  • No Little Brother to also to be Proud of
  • No One whose Name I mix up for Time to Time, It is Michael, Not Micheal
  • No One to teach you that It really does matter, The Girlfriend that You choose. I guess that Goes for The Both of Us.
  • No One to hang out with Us on Family Breakfast Sundays
  • No One to Show My Mom and I how Proud to feel when You are hosting Your Own Art Gallery (at least in an Art Gallery)
  • No One to Give Extra Love to The Dogs Sometimes
  • There would not be a Handsome Boy Dog named Paco that Is Your Dog. The Dog would be in an unpleasant place had You or Us, not taken care of Him.
  • No One with Your Humor to almost name Your Dog, Paco; Grandpa Banjo before settling on Banjo and Finally, Paco because it sounded like Taco.
  • Other than Autumn Foliage, No other Reason to Celebrate October.
  • No One to talk about News and Politics, but in an Interesting Perspective than Others.
  • No One to Write a Newsletter about Today (Hehe)
  • No One to show us This Strange City that You live in known as Denver, Colorado.
So, as You can see, I have quite an Awesome Brother and I wish him to Happiest of Birthdays. All in all, I Love My Brother very much and I really do Miss Him a lot while He is up in Colorado. And, I cant wait to see My Brother doing His Dreams in The Future.

Thanks for Reading The Christianville Spirit. Every Now and Then, Show Your Family Member appreciation and Love. They will Love You Back!

The Christianville Spirit: About My Vision

The Christianville Spirit

October 19, 2016-TCS # 516

Hej Hej, My Readers! Hej Hej (like saying “Hey Hey”) is Swedish for Hello. I love to say different greetings in different languages. Shout Out to Friend, Monica Shevell who is actually repatriating back to The United States from Sweden. I am sure Sweden really enjoyed you, Monica! So, on This Week’s Newsletter! So, Quite Often with PTLS Members, There tends to be a Theme with The Types of Questions they ask like Potty Training, Routine (known Internationally as a “Ritual”), and Various Questions, most of them I have covered at One Time or Another. However, I’m not sure if I have covered This Following one Yet, Vision. To Me, Vision, is Something that falls in The Category of Themes that My Mom speaks about. It is more of a Health side of PTLS, more than a Life Style and How-Does-It-Effect-You kind of thing that I would normally write about. But, Hey! People asked and I am answering. So, In Regards to it, My Vision in general has always been Good. However, I was Very Sensitive with My Vision when I was Younger. If I was in Situation, where The Sun was too bright, like on The Beach, Movie Theater, Inside Houses and School; I would put My Arm over My Eyes because it was too bright. I remember Times that We would be driving to School (This was in Middle School, I believe) and We would be driving towards The Sun as It was Rising and I could only stand it for a Few Minutes before I started Squinting and Covering My Eyes because It was Bright. Even if I was sitting in The Back Seat of The Car, The Sunlight was still too bright. You See, If We arrived at School at a Certain Time, The Sun would be Rising if We arrived later; If we arrive Earlier, then The Sun would not be so Bright.  Whenever I walked from a Place where It was Dark into a Place that was Light, I would have to shade My Eyes. Funny thing, It is reverse now! As I have gotten into My Young Adult Years, Where I had trouble going from Dark to Light, Now I have trouble going from Light to Dark. However, It is still hard to get an Eye Exam because The Lights hurt My Eyes. When I say Good Night to My Mom at 2 AM (Refer to “2 AM Talks with Mom” Newsletter), It is Light in The Living Room but, Dark in Her Room and I have trouble seeing when I walk in to Say Good Night, It takes a little bit for Me to adjust to it. Then again, I sleep in a Dark Room too though. It really helps me Sleep. Actually, My Room believe it or not is on The East Side of My House and Because of The Sun rising in The East, It would be Pretty bright in There, so I put Cloth Blinds on The Window and It makes it nice and dark in there, so much so that My Mom calls it “The Cave”. Also, as I got older, I got My Vision checked once and They said I needed Glasses only to be worn at Night, well I wear My Glasses pretty much Every Day to see better Long Distance when I am Indoors anywhere. I wear them at Night, as well as if It is Cloudy outside. A Few Years ago, because of My Sensitivity to Light, I started to wear Sunglasses even though, The Thought of having them on My Face bothered me. I eventually made it a Routine/Ritual to wear them because It really helped me see better and Not have such Light Sensitivity. I kind of wish I started wearing them earlier!
Anyway, I got used to Them and I wear them anytime I am Outside in The Sun. I actually got My Eyes checked recently and My Vision is slightly off, but not by Much and So, I got New Glasses because I had not gotten ones in a while and I needed New Ones. So, Imagine seeing Through My Eyes for a Second. Hehe, Imagine! My Eyes in General are like The Definition of a TV Show in The 90s, like maybe Later 90s. With My First Pair of Glasses, My Vision is more like a Show in The 2000’s and Finally, My New Glasses are like an High-Definition Television in 2016. Confusing, Right? That is The only Way I could think of Explaining it. I used to think that Glasses were for Nerdy People, but actually Both of Glasses that I have, make me look Older. I Guess, The Youth Gene of PTLS does not work with Glasses! Kidding. All in all, Glasses really do help you See better, Look better, and Of Course, Help with Light Sensitivity.

Thanks for Reading The Christianville Spirit. Hyper-Sensitive Eyes can make it a Challenge. Give it to Adjust!

The Christianville Spirit: The Best Transit System

Paris Metro

October 12, 2016-TCS # 515

G’Day, My Readers! I don’t think I have used G’Day as a Greeting before, if not in a While. G’Day, is Hello in Australia, only You would say “G’Day Mate”. Anyway, on to This Week’s Newsletter. So, When I was in Colorado, visiting My Brother for My Birthday, I got to meet some of His Neighbors including His Neighbor, Kyle. After I started talking to Kyle about General Things, It lead to Telling him about Myself and PTLS, leading to talking about Sweden, and Then He asked an Interesting Question that I should answer in My Newsletter. What is The Best Transit System and Why do You like it? In Short I answered London, Paris, or Singapore. In Person, I think I answered Stockholm. Kyle himself says Salt Lake City. Coming from a City where Our Transit System isn’t that Great (No Offense Dallas!) at least compared to Cities in Europe or Asia. If I had to Name The Best Transit System by The Ability to Get Places, at least in The United States would be New York City because although The Subway is not that clean but, It can get You Places very Easily. In The World, I would still say London, Paris, or Singapore and Let’s add Tokyo in there too. I feel like London’s System is roughly easy to figure out and It gives You access to Various Locations, in terms in Cleanness, It is Okay. Paris’ System is rather Extensive when You look at it. Then again, The More Extensive it is, The More Easy access. But, on the other hand, Have it be a little more spread out because It is always Healthy to have Stations within Walking Distance. Believe Me though, People in Europe walk A lot! Singapore’s System, I am Told is Extensive and Most of all, It is Clean. In Fact, I have heard that It is The Cleanest in The World. And, We are talking Absurdly Clean. I would give credit to Singapore’s Very Strict No-Chewing Gum Law in It’s City-State. That is another fascinating thing about Singapore’s System is that You can Pretty much get all the way across The City of Singapore as well as Singapore, The Country and Yes, They are both under The Same Name. I am told that because of Many Reasons (Most of them Cultural) Singapore is probably one of The Safest Transit Systems and Safest Cities. Between after all, to have Indian, Malay, Chinese, and Thai (among many others) Cultures sitting in One City-State, You have to keep it Safe and Keep it Peaceful. Pause for Moment! I have to say that It really is Amazing that, that many Cultures can be in One Place, Peacefully. Unpause. The Next City would be Tokyo, Japan. Now, If You want to talk about Extensive, Look No Further than Tokyo! Tokyo’s System is Extensive to The Extreme. Then again We are talking about The World’s Most Populated City and The World’s Most Populated Country. Trying to Figure out The System here is Beyond Complicated. However, In terms in Access to Locations, No Problem at All! I feel that The More Access to Locations for People to travel to, but as well as It is Easy to Figure out, that is What makes The Best Transit System. From What I have Learned or Heard is The Following in Summery. Tokyo’s System is Hideously  Complicated but, A Ton of Access Points. Singapore although It is Small Country/City, I am amazed at How The Transit System that get across The Country very Easily, is Very Clean, and Very Safe. For Paris, It is fairly Easy but a Little Complicated. Most Importantly, You can get to a lot of Tourist Points (even if You have to Walk a bit), Get to Meet Locals, and Even Learn French a little bit. London’s System, It is travelled by Everyone which makes it, a bit Congested. It is Cool how they have a River Taxi on The River Thames. In The United States, In New York City, You have to know what Subway Number or Letter that You want to go on, and It is cheaper than a Taxi. However, as much as You want to know The Locals, It is a Rule of Courtesy not to Stare at them on The Train. All in all, You can learn a lot about A City (or Country) by It’s Transit System.

Thanks for Reading The Christianville Spirit. You never Know What You might See and Who You might Meet, if You ride The Local Transit System.

Happy October, My Readers! Yes, Some People just love October. It means Autumn, Pumpkins, Pumpkin-spice Lattes, and Of Course, Halloween. Me? I only like it because It is My Brother’s Birth-Month and for Fall Foliage but, Halloween is in Not My Favorite Holiday. Anyway, This Week’s Newsletter is actually a Very Special One. As You, My Readers know I have written This Newsletter for 10 Years and Have been Celebrating My 10th Year of Writing since Last Year starting in November of 2015. However, It took me a while to start Writing My Newsletter at First, My First Newsletter was on November 1st of 2005, but, I really did get fully started until October 4th of 2006. I started writing on Different Days after that until I choose to Write on Wednesday because It was the Middle of Week, Nothing much was on TV, and We usually did not do anything that day anyway. What is Funny that My Grandma Honey has been printing Each and Every Newsletter that I have written and One Time gave me the Prints that I now call My Records. Well, I marked The Newsletter on October 4th, not realizing that I had written  one more previous on November 1st of 2005, therefore My 10th Year Celebration is in 2005 because It was truly My First Newsletter. Anyway, So I am going to Share The Newsletter that I had written on October 4th of 2006, for Most of My Readers except Veteran Readers, This is an Unseen Newsletter. So, Before I Share This with You, Here is The Background Story of This Newsletter and This one has Several Background Stories in it. I am realized that Pretty Much Every Story I tell has a Background Story. So, The First Part is, When I first started writing, I wanted to treat My Newsletter The Christianville Spirit as a Newspaper because In My Made-Up City of Christianville, The Christianville Spirit is actually a Newspaper. Truth be Told, that is how I came up with It’s Name. I figured that My City of Christianville needs a Unique Name to It’s Newspaper instead of Something The Christianville Morning News or The Christianville Times, which are The Most Common Names for Newspapers. The Next Part of It, is I mention that The Beginning that it takes place in a City called Brooke, Tennessee which is a City I named after My Childhood Friend, Brooke and Is a Suburb North of Christianville. I liked to think The Made-Up City of Brooke to be like Plano and Christianville was like Dallas but, in a Different Layout. The Following Part is The Biggest Part of This Background Story, I had a Friend in High School named Steven. Between My other Karleen and His Friend, Mark, We had a Pool Party at His House one Summer, I think it was 10th Grade going into 10.5 Grade (A Repeat of 10th Grade) and Me and Steven became Best Friends. Anyway, to say The Least, Steven was and still is, Very Much into Disney and more on The Lines of Tigger. Yes, like Winnie and The Pooh, Tigger. Now, to be Fair, If You have to pick a Disney Character to be interested in, Tigger is a Pretty Cool Character bouncing around all over place and Could get pretty Far and Pretty Fast. So, After High School, Steven could not go to Senior High School (11th and 12th Grade) because Due to Behavior associated with His Special Needs, It was getting a little out of Hand so, He had to a Group Home where Hopefully His Behavior would be Better Managed. One Day, My Mom and I went to Wal-Mart one day and on Our Way out, We ran into Steven’s Mom and She told us how Awesome Steven was doing at The Time. Anyway, on The Unseen Newsletter! Enjoy!

Brooke, TN-
Yes, C. Metro Area the title is nice and SUPER TRUE. sooo, here’s the 411. Christian Centeno ran into Mrs. Vandeneykel at a Wal-Mart in Brooke and Mrs. Vandeneykel gave him excellent news. his best friend, Steven Vandeneykel has actually made it 10 weeks of Excellent Behavior which this reporter would say is a pretty staggering record for him!! that is awesomely amazing and us of the staff of The Christianville Spirit couldn’t believe that this was even happening down in San Marcos where he is at. so, i’m sure he is about as happy to hear about it even though he’s already known. but, now at least Christian Centeno and the WHOLE Christianville Metro Area now knows. sooo, keep saying your prayers for him and not to mention his buddy, tigger.
and, hopefully. he will make it to next step will be a place CLOSER to home! if anyone wants to chant for him here’s a good one. LETS GO STEVEN or GO STEVEN GO.
pick which ever one C. Metro Area that u would like and we’ll puts signs in throughout the C. Metro Area!!

So, The “Serving the Christianville Metro Area” was the Original Tagline for My Newspaper that turned into a Newsletter. He eventually moved closer to Home but, It did not turn out well so, His Parents decided to bring him back Home. All in all, Steven was a Good Friend to Me and I wish Him The Best in His Life.

Thanks for Reading The Christianville Spirit. It is always Good to celebrate all aspects of Life. Happy 10th Year of Writing, Cheer to My Friend, Steven!

The Christianville Spirit: ANTs in My Head

Happy Autumn, My Readers! Sorry Guys, I forgot to wish you a Happy Autumn last week. So, Happy Autumn anyway. I like that word, Autumn, it actually sounds better than Fall. Anyway, on to This Week’s Newsletter. So, when I scroll through My Facebook News Feed, Interesting Stories pop up (I call them “Push Backs” because I send them to Safari and I read them after I get done with Facebook) that I find to Read. Most are about Travel or Romance. But, This One got to Me. It was an Article from a Special Needs Advocate Blog called “The Mighty”. This Article was about What It is like with High-Functioning Anxiety. That basically means that I can do a lot by Myself but, We have Anxieties to go with it. I am thinking that Anxiety is a common trait of People with Special Needs and that includes PTLS. Don’t get me Wrong, I Love PTLS, I Love having PTLS, I would never trade it for The World. Do I wish that There were Certain Attachments (or Clauses) that I would edit or get rid of? Sure I would. The Biggest Attachment I would want to get rid of, is You guessed it, Anxiety. Anyway, This Blog post on “The Mighty” explained in My Head, Perfectly what it is like with Anxiety being a High-Functioning Person with Special Needs. It mentioned also to Blog about It to Help You, as well as Others Understand, and That is what I am doing. So, When I am Anxious, according to My Mom, You can usually tell. If I am Anxious about a Certain Event, I get different ranges of symptoms, like a little Gagging (when I was little or in extreme situations), Throwing Up (in real extreme situations), Sweating, or Digestive Issues. Usually, My Mom can tell I am Anxious because I have a “Look” on My Face that says it all. We call it the “Something is bothering me/Face of Fear/I’m going to be Sick” Face. But, What about Anxiety Stress, I believe that The Article was referring to? Well, when I am stressed I tend to act different than What I normally do. I am more Quiet when I am normally Talkative, I ask a lot of questions, I get Headaches more often, Most of This Stuff I have written about before, and then Something that I have never mentioned is Something I like to called “My Curiosity thoughts”. Basically, They are, as My Mom says, “Intrusive Thoughts” that Everyone has normally, that usually goes in and then Pass Through, like how new parents worry about dropping a baby while they are holding them. They know they will not do it, but the thought “Pops” in their head. But, For Me, It “Pops in” and then I obsess about it, and Then I have to let it Out somehow. It really bothers me when these Thoughts Pop in. I know they will not happen, but They sure are Bothersome. The Best Way I have found to let them out is either Blurting it Quickly, Say “Sorry Mom”(even though my mom did not even hear what I said), Hug, and Move on or I say it in a Joke form. Other Times, I would tell it to “Shut Up” and hope it goes away, and Get it to Pass Through. It can range anywhere from “Should I say or do this?”, and Not-So-Nice Words. Now, I would never actually do or say any of those things because I have No Mean Bone in My Body and I hate when They come in. It really Annoys Me when I have a “Curiosity Thought”! I have realized that When I am Anxious about Something that is going to happen that I am Not sure about, They start to show up more than I would like them to. I am wondering also if I am Imitating things that I see or hear about. Considering that I watch The News everyday to hear about What is going on in The World, which I use to Teach me things about How The World works, it is not good. I am struggling to even write this because It is hard to explain What is in My Head. My Mom looked it up one time about The Thoughts and Told me that It is common for those that have Autism to have those “Curiosity Thoughts”, but I read that Those with Autism tend to follow through with The Thoughts, where I would not. It makes me wonder though, It is a Little-Known but, Common Theory for those PTLS as well. The Article mentioned that You tend to have Self-Damning (If You will) Thoughts like Your not good enough, Your a Bad Friend, Your a Loser, Your Pathetic and It is basically Energy that needs to get out somehow. They say to Exercise, Walk, Run, or Just talk it out. But, Not to go all Psychology on You, but, Those Kinds of Thoughts are Common for Everyone. It is how “The Enemy” (as I explained in a Previous Newsletter) tries to Get you, to Upset You, and Pull You away from Your Destiny, that is his (It sounds better) job. I am thinking “It” should get a New Job. I often worry that I will have those Thoughts even in My Future, with My Future Wife around. I am sure that She will change that, at least I would think. I will always have some kind of Anxiety but, I would rather get rid of that one. All in all, I hope that You understand that It is Hard to get what is in My Head out for You can Understand.

Thanks for Reading The Christianville Spirit. We all have ANTs (Automatic Negative Thoughts) in Our Head, Get a Hug and Let them go.

The Christianville Spirit: In Search of Chip and Joanna

September 21, 2016-TCS # 512

Hej, My Readers! That is a Greeting in Swedish. It means Hello in Swedish and It sounds just like You are saying “Hey”, only said Twice. Can You believe that It has been a Year since I actually went to Stockholm, Sweden? Yeah, I can’t believe it either! I actually really miss Sweden, it was so Wonderful! Anyway, on to This Week’s Newsletter! So, Girls and Boys, It’s time for another edition of Story Time! Sort of reminds me of The Days in Elementary School where Story Time came around and It was like “So, What did You do This Weekend?” And, Boy do I have a Funny Answer with a Twist for You. I’ll call it “In Search of Chip and Joanna” So, First of All, There is a Show that I got hooked on called Fixer Upper on a Channel called HGTV (that means Home & Garden Television, for those Outside The US). Anyway, This Show, Fixer Upper stars This Lovely Couple, Chip and Joanna Gaines. As You can tell, They fix Houses, Very Brilliantly, by the way. Basically, as They describe it “We find the Worst House in The Best Neighborhood and then, We turn it into a Masterpiece!” Something like that. It really is amazing how They can turn a Run-down House with either too many Trees, Not-so-Great Walls or Structure of The House into an Amazing House, that is still the same house. They are like “Extreme Home Makeover” only more Down-to-Earth and Much more Funnier. Unfortunately, They only do their Show and Work down in Waco. In Fact, Because of them, They are causing People to want to move to Waco and It is causing Waco to start to thrive where It once did not. So, Why not Drive down to Waco and see, shall we? My Mom and I have been wanting to drive down to see the Things that They do anyway! So, We arrive in Downtown Waco and See that There is This Nice looking Country Restaurant called Jake’s Texas Tea House. We walk in... Are Chip and Joanna here? Nope, but Surprise! There are Two PTLS Family Members sitting there! One that We get to see often and the other friends were in for a quick visit. Holly, Dan and Susie?! Wait...What?! Yeah, I got ya there didn’t I?! Okay, so really, We planned to meet Dan and Susie for lunch, and they wanted to meet up with Holly too. So, We met in Waco! (A cool place that was central for all of us to drive to). Let’s Bare in Mind that Other than Stopping for Food in Waco on the Way home, back in the “Driving halfway to see My Dad Days” (Waco was our trade off point), I had actually never been TO WACO. So, Anyway, The Food at The Restaurant was really good! We did not know at The Time that The Food was served Family Style. So, Out came these Huge Chicken Tenders and Chicken-Fried Steak, both of them are Texas Things. Our Eyes got Big, not realizing Just how Big The Food actually was. After Lunch there, We took a little walk down the Street to The Candy Store. We asked what was around, so we we could take a walk, and they said to go down to the Old Fashioned Movie Theater or to go to The Candy Store. Did I mention that We went on a Sunday, when a Lot of things are Closed. Anyway, To Candy Store we went! Now, I did mention about Chip and Joanna to one of The People at the Store, since we were hoping to see them, and that They said that They knew who Chip was, and that They were Friends with them. I am sure that Everyone in Waco knows who they are, it is just not that Big of a Deal, at least not to them. So, after We met with Holly, Dan and Susie, we drove to Magnolia Silos and Marketplace. Really cool shopping! I honestly wish I had more time with Dan because He would be someone to talk about Travel and Geography with. I will talk more with him next time he is in town. Anyway, on The Way Home, I wanted to see where Chip and Joanna work, so We drove by The Magnolia Market even though They were Closed. I guess You could say that That was as Close as We got. Maybe better luck next time. However, it was fun running into our Friends and hope to meet them there again soon. All in all, We did have a Fun Time while We were in Waco, and Waco has a lot of Potential, as Chip and Joanna become More and More Well-known.

Thanks for Reading The Christianville Spirit. You never know who You are going to Run into.

The Christianville Spirit: Grandma Honey is Moving!

The Christianville Spirit
The Spirit that Encourages
September 14, 2016-TCS # 511

Guten tag, My Readers! So, This is a New Greeting! Guten tag means Hello in German. Did I ever tell you that My Mom’s Side of The Family is Part German, Part Italian? Yes, that is true. So, I am part German and Italian on My Mom’s Side and Puerto Rican on My Dad’s Side. I like The Italian side better, only because Italians have a Great Culture and Great Food too. So, on to This Week’s Newsletter! So, I briefly mentioned in Last Week’s Newsletter about My Grandma Honey moving. So, Considering that She is moving This Friday, I should explain about it. So, This Grandma Honey Moving story has a Background Story, like Many of My Stories, it is just better that way. So, My Grandma Honey has lived in a Apartment-like Complex but It is considered a Condominium. She lives in a 3-Floor Complex that is really The 2nd Floor by reaching it. She has lived in This Place for Well over 20 Years, a Long Time and a Heap of Memories! She had the Best Situation and to calm your worries, She still has The Same Situation. She lived close to Her Neighbors and She would have Daily, if not, Evening Chats with Her Neighbors about Ongoings and What is going on their Life. My Grandma Honey is like that, She is sort of like a Swede except for The Reserved part (She is NOT Reserved at all!), but Once You become Her Friend, You are Her Friend for Life. Honestly, that is How it should be! Anyway, Her House was really cool and My Favorite Part, of Course, was Her Sunroom that We of The Smith Family referred to as “The Tree House” because You could sit in The Sunroom and Look outside and It was as if You were in a Treehouse. But, as The Years went by, Grandma Honey started to realize that Climbing the Stairs in all sorts of Weather mind You, It started to get harder for Her. Now, Believe Me, This is a Lesson I am learning from Grandma Honey herself that The Fact of Aging isn’t always Pleasant and It affects People in various ways and Climbing Stairs is Most Definitely One of Them. Pause for a Second! Climbing Stairs is not easy even if You are Physically Fit (Honestly, I hate that Word because No One can be perfectly “Physically Fit”) Unpause! Anyway, so Grandma Honey was considering her Options of Does She stay there? Does She move in with My Uncle Bruce? Or (Dramatic Music) A Nursing Home?! NOOOO! Well, I will tell you that a Nursing Home is likely going to be The Absolute Last Resort! and, It should be The Last Resort! Use any other way Possible before Jumping to that Conclusion! Anyway, so A Couple Months Ago, Grandma Honey found out that Her Lovely and Tolerating of all of Grandma Honey’s Parties Neighbor downstairs (2nd Floor but, Really The Ground Floor) was moving as well. Bonus! God Send, I tell ya! That was the Perfect Way for Grandma Honey to Move but, also Stay within Her Brilliant Neighbor Situation. The Last Time We went to Atlanta, which was in Spring of This Year, Me and Her are sitting on Grandma Honey’s Porch (again with a Treehouse-like View) and She asked me The Question that I knew I would have to answer in some Fashion, “Should I Move or Stay?”, I figured that The Best way to answer that was to Be Honest and I told her that Yes, I would really Miss Her Old Place; and, Yeah, We will be Sad about it but, At The Same Time, The Thought of Her climbing up and down the Stairs as She got “Younger” was a Matter of Life or Death and that Theory was Simply Very Frightening. So, After She discussed with all of Us, She made the Decision to move Downstairs. Now, The Bonus of This whole Move is that The Downstairs Condo is pretty much like Her Old Place only down a Floor. So, She will still have The Treehouse but, as I envision it, It is sort of like Her Old Treehouse but, A Magic Elevator moved it down One Floor. In The New Treehouse, You can see more of The Forest Floor than You did upstairs and If You want to see The Leaves, Just Look up! As for The Stairs, She would only do One and a Half Stairs which She already does along with The Upper Stairs. So, Grandma Honey can live Comfortably without Stairs, Roughly the Same Condo as before (Only Lower and Just Slightly Different), and Yes, She can have Her Notorious Parties AND Invite her own Friends who had The Same Issue with The Stairs. She has checked the list and checked it twice (if You will) with Her New Upstairs Neighbor. And, Yes, She will be Adjusting to Her New Place and Getting everything into Her Normal Routine again. Now, The Nursing Home part, She says that Her New Place will pretty much be The Nursing Home when She needs Help. All in all, As Sad it is, I am Happy to report that She will No Longer have to Climb those Frightening Stairs again! I am Extremely Proud of Her!

The Christianville Spirit: Meeting The Famous Deb

The Christianville Spirit
The Spirit that Encourages
September 7, 2016-TCS # 510

Great to See You, My Readers! Boy! It has been quite a Busy Year for Me this year, probably more Busy that I have been in Year’s Past. Between going to Colorado to see My Brother to A Trip (along with a little Side-Trip) to Help My Grandma Honey move! Oh, Did I forget to mention that? Yes, My Grandma Honey is Moving! Pause for Dramatic Effect! Actually, by a Very Blessed Chance, She is moving One Floor Down from where She presently lives. We figured that She would not have to climb the Stairs anymore (The Worry of that, will be Gone), and We can help her if or when She needs it, and Extra Bonus! Her Friends can go visit Her now. Well, not Now at the present moment but, In a Few Weeks. But, It will benefit us all! Anyway, so on to This Week’s Newsletter! So, in My Life, I have been Blessed (A Word not to be used lightly) to have met Brilliant People in My Life. Whether They come from My PTLS Family or Somewhere in My Personal Life. As I mentioned in Previous Newsletters, Mrs. Bachman & Mrs. James, Lynee’s Sister, and Lynee’s Mom among Many Others but This Person, I feel is More on the Not Only Brilliant side but, also Extraordinary! As In People like This Woman come Very Rarely into Your Life. You only get a Few chances of Extraordinary People in Your Life that does include Your Soulmate. Now, No I can’t tell you that I met My Future Soulmate, Bridgett but, More like a Non-Romantic Soulmate. You See, There are Soulmates as in Romantic and Non-Romantic Soulmates which could be Anyone like Your Best Friend, Your Dog, or Even a Family Member could be Your Non-Romantic Soulmate. For The Record, on The Chance that Bridgett is reading this and Wondering who This “Deb” person is, You have Nothing to Worry about! Anyway, The only way that You would know is They are Your Soulmate of any kind is that You are Pretty Much on the Same Wavelength, thinking the Same thing, Having a lot in Common, or Just Understanding each other in a Special Way. Meet My Friend, Deb. Now, I have briefly mentioned her in My Newsletters a Few Times. In the “My Brothers Moving Again!” Newsletter (Refer to that Newsletter) mentions her as “My Friend, Deb” or “The Rationale Voice of Deb”. I did mention her in a Shoutout as “My Dear Deb”. So, Besides to say that She is Extraordinary, if I have to say One Thing about Deb is that She talks, like a Lot! And, That is not necessarily a Bad Thing. She is the kind of Person that You would not say “What’s Up” followed with “Not Much or Nothing” and then, Awkward Silence for several minutes before You could find something to Talk about. If You can’t think of Something, then I guarantee that She will. I am perfectly okay with that! Because talking to Someone and You don’t want to talk to Someone in an awkward silence is Just Awkward! You pretty much stare at them until One of You two come up with Something. With Deb, it is not like that. She is One of those People that You can talk to about Anything with. So, How did I even meet Someone like Deb? Well, I actually met her via PTLS Family Member, Kristin. I refer to Her as “My Kristin” (again, I mentioned her once in a Shoutout!). Deb is The Aunt to “My Kristin”. To be Honest, It took me a while to figure all that out. Anyway, Me and Deb have been talking on Messenger since July of 2014. She basically sent Emails to My Mom wondering if She could talk to Me. At First, I think it was because She wanted a little insight to “My Kristin’s” Son, Diddy. So, Talking about General Things and about PTLS, became talking about Deeper Topics. To say the least, Deb is led quite an Interesting Life with many Great Friends along. We stopped talking in like September of that same year and in November, I started wondering “What happened to Deb?” So, I thought, The Easiest Way for Me to remember to talk to Someone on a Regular Basis was to Schedule a Time of The Week to Talk. Again, I am Very Routine oriented! So, It helped to Have talking to Deb in My Routine, after all, Deb is a Fun Person to talk to. So, We finally started talking again and Wondered why We stopped. After a While of Talking, I figured that We would have a little fun and have a Radio-like Show that I then called “The Discussions with Deb Show”, Now known as “The Conversations with Deb Show”. Our “Radio Show” is usually on Saturdays and it lasts for 3 Hours. Between Deb and I, We have realized that Even though We talk about a lot of Different Things on Our “Show”, sometimes 3 Hours isn’t enough! So, What do We talk about? Many different things like Love/Destiny, Movies, Music, Television, Whatever is going in Life, and Of Course the Funny things that occur when Her Mom comes around. So, This is Where the Story gets interesting, so Deb’s Mom who I refer to as either “Deb’s Ma” or Just simply Ma, was following along with Deb and I were building our Bond. She grew very fond of Me and The things that Deb and I would discuss. Unfortunately, because She was aging when I first met Deb online, Ma had passed away. Now, that did not stop her from Wanting to follow along with Me and Deb. I will tell you though, Ma is probably The Strongest Angel that I have met and I am sure that in Everyone’s Lifetime, They experience or should have to experience a Strong Positive Force. There was a Time and It still happens every now and then, Where I saw The 11s on Every Hour, Every Time I would look up, It would say Hour and 11. That’s not the end of it, I see 11:11 and 1:11 and 11 (or 1s) in Most Places that I look. It really is amazing! Also, There are Times when She likes to mess with My Computer, Deb’s Phone (as well as Deb’s Family Phones), The Radio, The Lights, and Anything Electronic. To be Honest, It is quite Funny to Me when It happens. Anyway, Back to Deb. After Two Years of Deb and I talking online, This Weekend Deb and I finally met in Person. I have a hard time even wrapping My Head around that, Deb and I actually met in Person. In case You are wondering, We did part of Our Show live when We met. All in all, I am Extremely Blessed that I have Deb to talk to because She is an Awesome Person to talk to!

Thanks for Reading The Christianville Spirit. Everyone should have a Person like Deb in Their Life.

The Christianville Spirit: The Untold Story of Mrs. Bachman and Mrs. James

Me and VP Jennifer (aka Jennifer-Samantha)

The Christianville Spirit
The Spirit that Encourages
August 31, 2016-TCS # 509

Gather ‘round, My Readers! Gather ‘Round! It is Time for yet another one of The Untold Stories of Christian’s Life! This Untold Story is different than The Last One I did, Refer to “The Untold Story of Lynee” Newsletter if You have either not heard that Story yet or Just Want to Read It Again and Don’t Worry I would not Blame You if You wanted to. I’ll be here Waiting if You want to Pause to read the First One.
Okay then, Welcome Back! Hope You enjoyed your Pause. So, This Untold Story is in the Same Time Period as Lynee only This one involves another Great Person in My Life, actually Two Great (No, Actually; Brilliant People in My Life). So, In School and in Life, You have Teachers both inside School and Outside School. You have Brilliant (I love that Word, used in The UK) Teachers, You have Good or Okay Teachers, and Bad Teachers in there too. I know This is going to sound like a Teachers‘ Appreciation Week kind of Thing, but for The Most Part I had some mainly Good Teachers. Of Course, We can all admit that We had Favorite Teachers in Our Time in School. My Favorite Teachers in Elementary School influenced a lot of Things that I do now. Mrs. Bachman and Mrs. James were My Favorite. Mrs. James, She was the one who taught me about Writing and The Way that I wrote and got My Thoughts out. When I started writing, not My Newsletter, but Handwriting, My Thoughts of what I wanted to say was running faster than My little hands could write, so Mrs. James introduced The Idea of Me dictating to Her, The Thoughts I had about a Topic. It helped me a Ton because I might have had a lot of Thoughts to get on Paper about a Topic. It was because of Mrs. James that I got into The Passion of Wanting to Write. Truth be Told, I give her a lot of Credit to Where I am Today in My Writings. Actually, I wrote a Partial Book in Her Class called “Lost in Dallas Hills” (refer to The Newsletter with The Same Title).
My All-Time Favorite Teacher though was Mrs. Bachman. She helped me a lot as well. She helped more with My Geography Passion and Understanding My Special Needs, not to mention, The Crush on Lynee that was occurring at that Same Time! Now, The Most Awesome part of Mrs. Bachman’s Teachings was dealing with a Subject that really has not been My Favorite, but at The Time, She made it Fun! Math has never been a Favorite of Mine only because I am Very Literal and Math is not necessarily Literal! Considering that This was a time before Calculators or really Any Electronics, You have to do it by Hand via Something called Touch Math. Touch Math, I have to say was the Thing that got me through The Rest of School. Basically, You look at a Number and Whatever Number it is, You tap it with Your Pencil that many times. Each Number had Points in which to Count. The Number 8 for Example (Oddly My Favorite Number to Tap Out) was 2 Taps per Each Side. As in 1-2 on Upper Left Side, 3-4 on Upper Right Side, 5-6 on Lower Left Side, 7-8 on The Lower Right Side. See! You just Touch Mathed the Number Eight! 7 is a bit more Complicated where You tap once on The End of The 7, 1 and then You tap twice on The Top, The Middle and The End. 2-3, 4-5, 6-7. Oh, I am Very Sure that Mrs. Bachman would be Extremely Proud of Me!  Touch Math really is pretty easy, I would totally recommend that When Teaching Kids Math, It is better to teach them Touch Math. The Next and Most Complicated Math that She taught me was Multiplication. I was pretty nervous about that because Multiplication is not always that simple, but She made it a bit more Simple and Fun with Multiplication Rhymes. My Favorite One was “8 Times 8 (8 x 8) landed on the Floor, Laid there til’ 1964; “6 Times 4 (6 x 4) walked through The Door, It’s Number was 24”; “6 Times 8 (6 x 8) came to a Gate (or The Gate, if You want), It was 48”; and, Finally, “9 Times 3 (9 x 3) floated up to Heaven, Landed on Cloud 27” So, As You can see, It can make it a Little Easier to Figure out. I honestly kept thinking, reading through The Printed Rhymes that Mrs. Bachman gave me, thought that The Heaven rhyme started with something like” 6 Times 7 went up to Heaven and It became 37” (something like that!) Maybe that is My Literal Rhyming Mind coming up with that, but Hey! After Elementary School was Over, My Mom asked Mrs. Bachman if We could have Ice Cream with Her and We did one Time and We shared all the Memories of Her being a Great/Brilliant Teacher. Funny how When You get older, You remember Very well about Your Teachers and Yes, A Part of You misses them but, Most Importantly, You thank them for all that They have done for You. All in all, Mrs. Bachman was a Brilliant Teacher. One Last Note here, I met the Vice President of The College that My Mom works at and told her about My Mom (Who is a Brilliant Teacher as well!) about How Awesome The College is too. I hope that Someone soon They will have Work Programs for People like Me at The College. I know The VP is working on it. So, A Shoutout to VP Jennifer, who I will admit looks more like Her Name should be Samantha, therefore referring to her as Jennifer-Samantha. Shout Out!

Thanks for Reading The Christianville Spirit. You have Great (or Brilliant) Teachers and Not-So-Great Ones but, It is the Great-Brilliant Ones that You remember the Most.

The Christianville Spirit: Following The Lead

The Christianville Spirit
The Spirit that Encourages
August 24, 2016-TCS # 508

Ahoj, My Readers! Well, that is a New Greeting! Believe it or not, It is in Czech. It is Czech for Hello and Yes, It sounds like A Boat Captain. You learn something new Every Day! So, This Week’s Newsletter, is going to present a Thought that usually only occurs in My Head when I am in an Unfamiliar Place or With People that I am hanging out with, If My Mom or Brother is not in The Area. I believe that It shows The Real (as I call it) Me. So, This Thought occurs even when I am with My own Family, but I am not at Home. I call it, Following Someone’s Lead. Call it what You will but, If I don’t have a Routine, Lead, Rules, or Predictability to follow then My Brain goes Haywire. It does not mean that I completely Freeze when I have None of Those Things, but I tend to Follow and Mimic what I see and that in some Odd Way helps a little bit with What I am supposed to do. For Example, At Home I tend to want to Sleep until The Afternoon unless There is a Reason to get up. Meanwhile, like a Vacation, There are Rules, but not a Routine or Predictability. It used to be that Every Year, We would go to The Beach. Like We had a Beach House that we went to Every Year as mentioned in Newsletters about Gulf Shores. Anyway, My Mom would tell me “You can’t sleep in until 2PM” so, I ask Myself, When do I wake up? Well, Here is where The Lead Thought comes in. I basically, wait until The Last Person gets up and then, I get up and that tells me that It is Time to get up. After that, I just choose My Lead and I follow what They do. In Year’s Past, It is usually My Brother or My Cousins. After I know what We are doing, then I am a little more comfortable. Truth be told, This is how I done it in Any Unknown Situation or Place, even Since I was Younger. If The Lead did something that I did not want to do, I would fight it because I didn’t want to do what Everyone Else was doing and, If there was No Choice, I just followed because I did not want to get lost or Separated from The Group. If I am somewhere like The PTLS Conference or with Kids and Adults, I tend to follow The Adults because They are doing the calmer things. However, If I am at Place where There are lots of Kids, A Bouncy House, and Boring Adults, then You bet I’ll be jumping in the Bouncy House. I know it sounds like I am Dependent on Other People, but that is only when I don’t know What I am doing or need to do. Basically, What is Expected of Me? In General though, When I know The Direction of Where I am going, like Talking about Geography, Politics, History, and Traveling then, I am an Expert Leader. I guess One can be both a Leader or a Follower, right? I am trying to explain this, The Best I can. To Me, It sounds like I am rambling on and on about Explaining How My PTLS Mind works. That is what happens when I be “Real”. Sometimes, When choosing a Lead to follow, I can’t tell Who the Best Leader is, I just use Who is in Front of Me. Sometimes, well Many Times, in My Life, I have been in Places that are Unfamiliar to Me  (or Places I have not been in a While) and Chose The Wrong Leader. Honestly, Sometimes, That can get me into Trouble. Then, Me and The Leader themselves get into Trouble. This is Hard for Me to Write about This Subject because I never seen it as a Problem because I trust Everyone. Writing about This, is like writing about Figures of Speech which does not make sense in My Mind. My Mind is Very Literal and Everything is a Matter of Fact. Now, Don’t get me wrong, Everywhere You go for The First Time is “Unfamiliar” but, I have a Really Good Mind for Maps and Geography. When I am some place that I have studied, I am the Leader. Just ask My Mom when We went to Stockholm and London, It was all Familiar to Me, as if I have been there before. So, I was The Leader for My Mom. But, in General, People with PTLS observe and follow. So, Be Careful who They Follow! All in all, Writing This has made me Very Emotional but, I am Good now. But, I hope You understand. Good Talk!

Thanks for Reading The Christianville Spirit. Some People lead and Some People follow. Some People do both.

The Christianville Spirit: My 29th Birthday and Surprises

The Christianville Spirit
The Spirit that Encourages
August 17, 2016-TCS # 507

Welcome Back, My Readers! I am Back! So, since I last wrote to You, I have changed ages now. I was 28 when I wrote the previous Newsletter and Now, I am 29. Happy Birthday to Me! This Birthday was Birthday Year of Surprise and Disbelief. I was in Disbelief about Two Things. First off, I had Trouble that My Birthday on The 11th of August was even coming up, It just seemed like It came around in The Blink of An Eye. The Second was that I was in fact turning 29 Years Old. Thinking, 29 Years Old?! that is only One More Age until being 30! I have a feeling that 29 is going to a Big Year for Me, 30 will be too but, 29, I believe, is a Big Year for Me. 29 in Numerology (Which I tend to listen to) says that 29 Equals 11. 2 Plus 9 Equals 11, and 1 and 1 Equal 2. 11 and 2 are Really Good Numbers AND They are My Confirmation Numbers as well. Being 29 is a little scary but in a Good Way because of how Big I feel This Year will be. So, The Celebration of My 29th Year was by Far The Most Surprising. So, It started about Two Weeks Ago, We went to Our Neighbors Paul and Alyson’s House for Their Son, Miller’s Graduation from Kindergarten. Anyway, My Mom and A Few of Our Neighbors started talking and decided to throw me a Sort-of Surprise Dinner. So, a Few Nights later, I knew that My Mom and I were going to Dinner with Two of Our Neighbors that are expatting next year to Merida, Mexico and I thought that It give me an Opportunity to talk to them more about it. So, We showed up at One of My Favorite Places, La Hacienda and I looked over when We signed in and I saw Paul and Alyson (The Neighbor We saw Last Weekend) and I thought, “Is It just Coincidence that They are here at The Same Time?!”. I came to Find out that It was sort of like The Neighbor Surprise Party back in 2012 when I turned 25 (Refer to Newsletter 313). Most of My Neighbors came to My Birthday Dinner Party, It was lots of Fun and Totally Unexpected. Thank You Very Much, Neighbors for Coming and Helping Me Celebrate My Birthday! So, The Next Part of The Birthday Fun was a Trip. Now, Knowing Last Year’s Trip, that was Mostly PTLS Business, Part Adventure, and Some of It was a Good Present for My Birthday to Sweden and The UK, How do You top that?! Well, We drove up to Colorado to see My Brother! We drove from Plano, through Wichita Falls, and Amarillo before My Birthday. and, then We woke up in Raton, New Mexico on the Morning of My Birthday. I got to See Everything from Raton Pass all the way up to Denver, Lots of Mountains! It got really pretty as We drove through Colorado Springs and Seeing all the Mountains including what I thought was Pikes Peak. Once We got to Denver, We got to finally see My Brother, Michael! We had not seen him in Person since Christmas! We got to see where He lives and Met all of His Neighbors. One Neighbor, Kyle, I thought was Really Cool. I felt like He spoke My Language. He and I talked about Sweden, Life in and Things to see in Denver, and Of Course, Which City has The Best Light Rail Network (I probably should answer that in Another Newsletter, but I would think either London, Paris, or Singapore). Michael drove us around The City Center of Denver, showing us The State Capitol, The Stadium, and A Cool Outdoor Restaurant next to where He works. Speaking of that, We went to Dinner that Night at The Place that He works. By The Way, I forgot to mention that We brought a Puppy up with us to see Michael. We decided that Michael needed a Dog and My Mom’s Friend, Barb rescued one, so Why Not? I will tell you, This Dog, We referred to Him as “Baby Boy” was by far, The Calmest Dog that I have Travelled with! He laid in His Crate (with the Door open) the whole time we drove up to Colorado. My Brother has come up with Many Names for This Dog including Grandma Banjo (My Brother has an Odd Sense of Humor!), Banjo, and another Name that I can’t remember right now (It was Packo). I’ll go with Banjo for Now. For Reference, up to This Point, on My Mom’s Side of My Immediate Family, has never had a Boy Dog. The First Night, we got to meet My Brother’s Girlfriend, Nicole. The First Night, She was a bit Shy at first but, The Pressure of Meeting your Boyfriend’s (or Girlfriend’s for that matter) Parents is rather Stressful on top of Anything else going on in Their World. Michael’s Roommate’s Friend, “Mandy”, I liked her. She was fun to talk to also. After Dinner, We visited where My Brother’s Friend, Zack works at. Zack works at a Craft Beer Brewery. He took us on a Tour of The Brewery, It was amazing to see the Extensive Process involved in Making Beer. So Many Machines! By The Way, in case, You were wondering, I did not drink any Beer there or anywhere on This Trip! It was quite an Exciting Birthday for Me! The Nest Day, We drove up into The Mountains. I got to see the Beginning of The Rocky Mountains that locals call “The Front Range”. All the Weather that comes into Denver is often influenced by The Front Range of The Rockies. After passing The Front Range, We drove well into The Mountains to what is called The Continental Divide. Michael’s Roommate, a Friend from High School told us to drive to a Pass called Loveland Pass which was on the Divide. By The Way, The Continental Divide is where if You put water on in, If it goes East, it head toward The Atlantic Ocean or The Gulf of Mexico and If It flows Westward, It flows toward The Pacific Ocean. There are Two Colorado Rivers, One that flows from Colorado and ends in The Gulf of California, and The East Colorado that run toward The Gulf of Mexico. There is creek, I believe that sits on The Divide and flows both ways! When We got to The Divide, My Brother and I decided to Hike along part of it to get a Higher View. Loveland Pass was at 11,990 Feet and We hiked to least 12,000 Feet. The Thin Air and Going upward did not help My Breathing a lot, It pushed me to Near My Limits but, I made it to The Top of One of The Mountains! To say the least, It wore me out but, Luckily My Brother was there to push me to get me up there. We did only hike part of The Way with The Dog, Banjo and then, My Mom had him while My Brother and I hiked. I will say that It was rather chilly up there, but luckily My Mom brought a sweater. After seeing The Divide, We had Lunch in a Really Nice Mountain Town, Idaho Springs. Luckily, Most Places with Patios are Dog Friendly. My Brother says that pretty much Everyone in Colorado has a Dog. I would totally recommend going to Idaho Springs because It is a Town surrounded by Mountains off of I-70 and Very Pretty. After visiting Idaho Springs, We drove to The Red Rocks Amphitheater which by far had The Most Stunning Place with a Stunning View! We got there kind of Late and There was a Concert getting ready but, at least, We got to see some of it. The Coolest Part I think was that We got to drive through a Red Rock Tunnel in The Park. The View was unbelievable, You could pretty much see over The Mountains and across Denver! I am sure it looks even cooler at Night Time! After We saw The Red Rocks, We drove back to Michael’s House. That Evening, Zack and Michael’s Girlfriend, Nicole came over to hang out. We went to get Ice Cream together, Banjo (Baby Boy) included. Everyone who walked by, while we were having Ice Cream, loved Banjo. Everyone wanted either say Hello or Pet either Zack’s Dog or Banjo, or both. The Next Day, My Mom and I got to have extra time to get to know Nicole before We had to head on and leave The Dog with Michael. I will say, Michael chose quite an Awesome Girlfriend. She is much better than Two of The Girlfriends that he has had. She is understanding of both Myself and My Brother, and She is helping My Brother in many different ways. She has Big Dreams and Likely will have My Brother realize His Big Dreams too! and, Bonus! My Mom likes her too! Everyone knows that when Mom likes The Girlfriend, that is a Good Thing! and, then, The Final Surprise! So, We drove to Kansas to see PTLS Family Member, Natalie Hinkin and Part of Her Family. We went over to Her House to have Bunch with Her, Kids, and Parents. The Surprise though, was that the Rest of Natalie’s Family showed up to meet us. We had an Awesome Bunch sitting on Her Porch. She had quite an Awesome Family, I felt like I was part of it. All in all, It was Brilliant Birthday of Mine. Thank You to All for Your Videos, Phone Calls, Messages, and Love.

Thanks for Reading The Christianville Spirit. Why make Your Birthday, A Day Celebration. Make It a Month Long!

The Christianville Spirit: Mind Spacers in Your Device

The Christianville Spirit
The Spirit that Encourages
August 3, 2016-TCS # 506

Praise Love, My Readers! Hey! That is New Greeting! Considering the subject of My Newsletter, I find it easier to  say “Praise Love” for Everyone than “Praise The Lord”. Okay, while We are at it here; Praise The Lord, My God! So, on to This Week’s Newsletter. Now, I am self-admitted Christian, I pray Twice a Day at Dinner and Bedtime, but, I don’t Necessarily “Go” to Church. I do “Have” Church if that counts. I do My Worshipping of God at Home and in My Life, spreading Love. We can all agree that God is Love, right? Anyway, If There is a Church that I listen to, It is either Joel Osteen or Joyce Meyer, both of them are My Favorites. You have to know in regards to this, If The Person speaking fits You or not, or If You feel like The Person is speaking to You (or rather, God is speaking to You via The Person). When it comes to Joel Osteen, often times, I feel like He is speaking to Me. This recent Sunday, He spoke of Things in Your Mind or Heart that take up Space. The Way He explains, I picture a Computer or IPad, some kind of Device. A Device, No Matter what it is, Only has So Much Space in it, even if It is like a 50 GB (Gigabyte) Device. So, for The Sake of Visuals, Let’s Imagine a 100 GB Device with all The Room in The World! But, We will call them MS, meaning Mind Spacers. God comes in with a Standard 30 MS of Your Destiny (that is a Large Program), 30 MS of The “How To’s” to get there, and The Rest is just Life in General. However, that Darn Devil (Joel calls it “The Enemy”) wants to put his share of Mind Spacers like Worry, Doubt, Anger, This Issue, That Issue, You get the Idea. Pretty Soon, Your Device (Your Head) is overloaded with Running Programs (We used to call it that in The 90’s) or Today We call them Apps. So, for Me, Imagine an “App” for Worry taking up alot of Space in My Device. and, Truth be told, I can be A “Worry-wart” when it comes to things. I worry about The World’s Condition, I worry about Our Election (for Many Reasons), I worry about My Mom, My Brother, and Myself. I think a lot of that though is Wanting to Make Sure that Everyone is Happy and Taken Care of. As Far as Anger, that is something that is not Many MS’s in My Device. Doubt, Who doesn’t have a little of that in Their Device. Now, with all the mentioned things both God-created (I like God-Given better) Apps with Their Data and MS’s that goes with it and “The Enemy”’s Apps that probably have Bigger MS’s in it (which equals Slowness and Not-as-Passionate). The More MS’s You have on Your Device, The Less attention can go to The MS’s that helps you in Your Destiny. And, Everyone knows that You gotta get more Apps, right? God has heaps of Good Apps (or Programs) that is better to take up Your MS’s (Mind Spacers) and can benefit You AND Your Destiny. In other words, The more God-Given Apps and MS’s You have, The Faster You get to Your Destiny where as “The Enemy’s” Apps and MS’s will slow you down. Joel Osteen says, that in order to “Delete” the worthless Apps, You have to Let it go, Know that God is in Control, and Of Course, Forgiveness. With that Said, without naming anyone, If You have Wronged Me or I have Wronged You, I am Very Sorry and I forgive You, and Yes, You can forgive me too! as for, The Worry part of it, that will take some time and Part of It is just part of The Anxiety Back-Segment (A Setting or Data that is Impossible to Find!) in My PTLS-running Program. Things in the PTLS-running Program is part of The Program. So, All in all, “Delete” The Enemy’s Apps, Files, and Data and Make Room for God Given Apps, Files, and Data.

Thanks for Reading The Christianville Spirit. Don’t put in Junk Data, Put in Positive Data!
